The Warrior

6 week package for everyday people who just want to get fit and burn some serious calories.

Package detail:

This 6 week program is designed from my years of experience from being a successful Professional Triathlete and Level 1 Triathlon Coach as well as a full time firefighter, its a 30-45 minutes per day routine for people who need to get the maximum benefit for the limited time they have.

The Program comes complete with a 6 week diet plan and instructional videos outlining all the movements and exercises. There are benchmark sessions in there to achieve and monitor progress throughout.

This 6 week program is designed for people who would like to increase their strength and fitness after completing the Warrior Program Version 1.

Package detail:

The structure is the same with 30-45 minutes of exercise circuits each day but the movements are slightly more challenging. If you feel you are ready to step up then this 6 week structure is for you.

The Program comes complete with a 6 week diet plan and instructional videos outlining all the movements and exercises. There are benchmark sessions in there to achieve and monitor progress throughout.

MWT Specific Trainer Set

6 week Indoor Trainer package.

Package detail:

Head Coach Matty has developed a 6 week indoor trainer structure, designed to utilise either your power or specific heart rate for each session. With specific initial testing these zones are then implemented for the course of the 6 weeks.

Sessions can be uploaded into ZWIFT or any device you are utilising for your trainer session.
